Find My Voice and THRIVE!
A playful self-exploration and community interchange
There are many ways to express oneself and find your voice. Using the four healing salves of our birthrights-movement, sound, storytelling and stillness-play with multiple ways to find your voice and thrive!
When we create in the moment, playing with the content of our lives, we deepen our relationship with our bodies, mining new levels of information, which creates a path towards liberation and healing. Memories, emotions and knowledge once hidden can be accessed and transform our interactions with self and others.
Witnessing and being witnessed are important elements in this process of community interchange. As the creator, having someone witness our creations can provide new levels of information and awareness. For the witness, finding commonalities in others' stories can also provide new levels of information in their own life stories.
In Find My Voice and THRIVE!, a container is created to provide the ultimate experience in the magical process of witnessing. In the first four weeks, we gather together to practice our crafting skills within the play forms while building community. On the fifth week, we will have a casual, low-key Community Interchange Event (aka Performance). The witnesses/audience will consist of our friends and family.
Space is limited to 12 participants (Class is FULL-Please send an email to be on the waitlist)

Workshops for Organizations
Sneaky Deep Embodied Team Building
Sneaky Deep Embodied Team Building builds deeper connections with self, with others and the group body as a whole. These connections magically develop through a careful scaffolding of incrementally building vulnerability through the channels of creative self-expression, laughter and play. The sneaky deep magic of the four healing salves of our birthrights will create a culture of laughter, ease, and flow within your organization!
We offer customized workshops specifically designed to fit the needs/theme of your organization’s retreat, team building or celebration event. (Have a reason to celebrate? We offer playshops for Sneaky Deep Embodied Celebrations. See Sneaky Deep Playshops for Private Events.)
Workshops for Private Events
Sneaky Deep Embodied Celebrations
With Sneaky Deep Embodied Celebrations, you and your guests will transcend your reason for celebrating from an external concept to a deep, internal state of embodying your celebration. The play forms incrementally builds upon your theme, allowing each person, individually and collectively as a group body, to process your celebration in ways that transcends the intellect, cultivating magical states of being along the way.
We offer customized workshops to truly embody these special events in your life- birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, retirement, etc.
What People Are Saying
“Sneaky Deep Play is an opportunity for self exploration, that makes a real difference in the way you live your life. It’s a way to cultivate authentic, full expression of our many selves and regain spontaneity, playfulness and plasticity of mind. Immerse yourself in this process and you will emerge a deeply ‘Fuller’ human being.”
- Donna Bajelis PT, CHP, SMS; Founder and Director-Institute of Structural Medicine
"My first experience of Sneaky Deep Play was through the community/personal enrichment series. I wasn’t sure what to make of it, but felt there was an adventure ahead if I continued. Sneaky Deep Play sprouted something within me that connected me back to feeling alive. My nervous system was becoming mine again, instead of belonging to traumas and the untruths of this world.
This practice became really exciting to me, thus I went on to try the performance series, Find My Voice and Thrive! This is more than just a performance class, it is a life practice. Meeting Xaxxie-K really blessed my life. The way in which they hold space with regard to safety, kindness, neutrality and silliness is both refreshing and deeply touching. I am grateful for their awareness and for the work they have done to share this empowering experience.”

The Story of Sneaky Deep Collective
Aloha! I’m Xanne Sarka, aka Xaxxie-K, and this is my story of how Sneaky Deep Collective began.
These collections of "sneaky deep" practices allowed me to transform my life from barely surviving to a place of zest and thriving!
Before discovering these transformational practices, I was dealing with extra large lemons in life. Due to complicated health issues, I faced the unthinkable possibility of my daughter dying before me. At a young age, my son received a diagnosis of autism. Each day since that diagnosis, I lived in fear as to what the future holds for him.
The fear of my daughter's death and son's shaky future ignited the fierce, vicious warrior in me. I spent the past 20 years dedicated to the recovery of my children's conditions; researching, analyzing and managing therapeutic programs with the hope of renewed health and recovery.
As one can imagine, this meant absolutely no time and attention for myself and my important relationships-husband, parents, siblings, friends, community, my nation, the world.
I was in a state of utter exhaustion and burn out, feeling lonely and isolated, as well as depressed and anxious. After discovering these practices, there was no stopping me. For after each workshop I felt so much lighter and at ease. The heavy life burdens that I carried into a class no longer felt insurmountable. In fact, I came out of each class energized and feeling so empowered to face life's overwhelming and complex issues.
When you discover something extraordinary, what is the first thing you feel compelled to do? For me, it is to share my amazing discovery with everyone whom I come into contact.
It is my calling to support others in transforming sour lemons into sweet lemonade.
